The province holy Mary includes the foundations and works of the congregation in Spain out of the Valencian Community, and the fraternities of Portugal, Honduras and Tangier.

Nowaday there are 15 fraternities distributed in Spain, Honduras, Tangier and Portugal.

At Spain there are the Residence for deaf elders Santa Maria of the Silence (Cubas-Madrid), Holy Family School for deaf  children (Granada), La Purisima School for deaf children at Malaga, Madrid and Zaragoza, La Purisima and Holy Martyrs School (Teruel) and presences in Azabal (Cáceres) and Calamocha (Teruel).
