The province Our Lady of the Helpless includes the foundations and works of the Valencian Community, region of Spain where Mother Francisca founded our congregation in 1876.

We currently have the following communities and works: Province House (Valencia), Colegio La Purisima Alzira, Alqueria de la Condesa, Colegio La Purisima Benissa, Sanatorium San Francisco de Borja (Fontilles-Alicante), Gandia, Residence San Joaquin (Ibi) Colegio San Juan and San Pablo (Ibi), Nursing home Muro de Alcoy, Colegio La Purisima Palma de Mallorca, Teulada, Colegio La Purisima Torrente (Valencia), St. Helena Center for the Elderly (Torrente-Valencia), Valencia Colegio La Purisima , Colegio La Purisima The Grao (Valencia), Colegio San Jose (Valencia), the fraternities of Valencia.

In Kenya our sisters came in 2000 to be next to the neediest, attending to children and women patients in the Clinic Franciscan Sisters of the Immaculate (Kapsabet-Kenya) and Formation's House (Nairobi).
