In 1974 the first sisters arrived India, to Nalgonda, with the aim to organize a leper hospital to attend to ten thousand patients. The needs of attention to the patients and of education of the excluded ones, forces to the expansion of the work of the brotherhood in Nalgonda's district and in other localities like Bangalore, Mangalore and Aurangabad among others.

Novitiate (Bangalore-Karnataka), Rehabilitation Leprosy Centres (Bangalore-Karnataka), Jerome's Home for Aged (Bangalore-Karnataka), Karunalaya Arogyamatha health Centres (Harapanahalli-Karnataka), Leprosy Health Centres (Nalgonda-Andrapradesh), Batora Hause (Curtorim Salcete-Goa State), KARUNALAYA (Mangalore - Karnataka), St. Anthony's High School (Aurangabad-Maharastra), CBR - Centres Kadiri (Anantapure-Anfrapradesh), St. Marys E.M. School (Rajapuram-Karala).

In 1965 a brotherhood is founded on Italy for the need to be near to the roman curia. Nowadays the congregation have a house in Rome where the pilgrims are attended.
